Ryan Hunter Sherman is the President and sole Shareholder of Sherman Law, P.A., in Miami, FL. An attorney since 2004 (American University – Washington College of Law, in Washington D.C.), he handles complex civil litigation matters including insurance coverage disputes, declaratory judgment actions and business litigation in both state and federal court.
Mr. Sherman primarily represents individuals, condominiums, and businesses in their disputes with their insurance companies over the wrongful denial of insurance benefits owed to them. Prior to starting Sherman Law, P.A., Mr. Sherman represented the insurer in such disputes and, thus, is able to anticipate and effectively react to their various defense tactics and strategies. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2000 and is a member of the Florida Bar (2004); Southern District Court of Florida (2006); American Bar Association; WIND Network; and Mount Sinai Young Presidents’ Club.
